March is shaping up to be a busy month. It started on the 1st with the last night of my Blute Note NYC Residency (photo gallery) and will end with… who knows!
Update #1 – 3.13.13:
Looks like I’ll be joining a bunch of my friends up in the Catskill Forest Preserve, right outside Woodstock, NY for the second annual Roots Rock Revival! It’s from August 18th to the 22nd, and I’ll be posting a longer and more in depth article on this event soon, I just couldn’t wait to share the good news with you :)
One of the gigs I’m most looking forward to is the Hittin’ The Note party at B.B. King Blues Club (NYC) on March 15th. In addition to playing with Butch Trucks and Oteil Burbridge of The Allman Brothers (and a couple of “special guest guitarists”) – Duane Allman’s daughter Galadrielle Allman will be reading and signing copies of her new book about her father titled “Please Be With Me”.

Note: the show starts at 2:00PM, and I’ll be chillin’ out afterwards – would love to meet some of you!
The night before (March 14th) at 11:59PM I’ll be doing another gig with Butch as a part of the “Brothers Midnight Concert Series”. This one is in Lucille’s at BB Kings NYC. Right now the show is sold out, but tickets may pop-up – so keep an eye on the ticket page.
On March 22nd, I’ll be joining my friends Soulive on the last night of their annual “Bowlive” run at the Brooklyn Bowl. Tickets are still available, but this show is expected to sell out, so act quickly!
I’ll be adding some additional shows to my March calendar, be sure to keep an eye out :)
